RE: TJ

Marc --

You can take Jefferson and Madison (especially post-Federalist Papers Madison).

I'm not giving you the Founding -- I'm giving you part of it. I'm taking for myself Hamilton, John Adams, and George Washington. I'm giving you the Democratic-Republicans and taking the Federalists.

I'm going to bed now.

Matt, I like you. You make much more sense than Stephen, and make very reasonable arguments, even when I don't agree with them. Thanks for keeping the discourse sane and academic.

You'll also have to reserve out of Mr. Gersen's camp a large majority of second-level members of the Founding generation -- men in Philadelphia in 1776 and 1787 who were decidedly for liberty but not opposed to setting up a proper, morally-ordered, eveny religious/Christian state.
I also concur with ispivey in the matter of Sitman vs. Braunlich, although I happen to like him for more than purely academic reasons (and no, this is not meant to imply that I am a homosexual). I also think that Mr. Braunlich frequently comes from the right direction, but tends to travel too far and stumble as he goes.

Does the SEO company you're considering have references and testimonials from their clients? Can you contact the people providing testimonials to ask about their experiences using the seo Company? Considering each of these aspects before selecting an SEO company will help you choose a reputable company that will give you the results you need.

Mr. Sitman, I concur that you are a respectable blogger. Make sure that you stay away from the likes of Braunlich; he has little capacity to do anything intellectual. In regards to your points, I must commend them because they are what I would call "advanced arguments." Indeed, they show great knowledge of the founding era and an appreciation for the idealogical politics of the period. However, I would like to caution you on one point. Even though Jefferson's and Madison's support of the French Revolution may seem non-conservative, you must more closely examine the justification of revolution that they outlined in the Declaration of Independence. The document clearly stated that revolution was allowed ONLY when it became necessary. To be sure, the use of the words "only" and "necessary" are very libertarian in nature. Jefferson and Madison only supported the French Revolution because they felt it was a necessary mechanism to instill republican (libertarian) values.

Keep up the good work
